In line with its commitment to innovation and development, in 2010 a new R&D project was started in order to engineer a new manufacturing process for PVC-O pipes of large diameters, making of Molecor the pioneer in manufacturing PVC-O pipes of diameters reaching up to DN 630 mm and making available the technology for manufacturing PVC-O pipes up to 30’’, DN 800 mm.
At the same time, in 2012 new projects have been started with a view to applying molecular orientation in polymers to new products and applications.
For 2012 Molecor anticipates an increase of 200% again on its annual turnover , grounded on the increase of the exports in technology and tubes throughout the world and the increase in the range of products that will be made available to the market thought its two lines of business.
