Roll-Kraft has again expanded its production equipment list to include a new hydraulic cylindrical grinder. The machine will be installed at the corporate headquarters in Mentor, OH. within the coming weeks.

It will be used to perform several grinding functions leading to the final much-sought-after smooth finish to roll tooling manufactured by Roll-Kraft and supplied to the tube & pipe and roll forming industries.

Roll-Kraft utilizes many processes to produce its tooling. One of the most effective technical services offered is the design of tooling using FEA Copra software.

This virtual simulation software is used to identify problem areas so design changes can take place before manufacturing begins. This leads to the production of high-quality tooling, manufactured and carefully tested precisely to the customer's specific application.
