Roll-Kraft releases new technical video for tube & pipe and roll form producers

A new Roll-Kraft technical video for the tube & pipe and roll forming industries is now available on Roll-Kraft's YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGg2QEerUP0 addressing the issue of material overfeed.

This video presentation is conducted by Roll-Kraft's Dave Rostocil (Dr. Dave), Director of Product Applications. Rostocil has more than 40 years of roll forming experience.

Material overfeed occurs when flat material traveling through the tube & pipe or roll forming mill is moving faster than the rolls, causing it to gather up between passes. The most common reasons for overfeed are addressed in the video, along with several solutions to correct the problems.

Roll-Kraft leads the field in providing roll tooling and services to the tube & pipe and roll forming industry. Instructive videos are just a part of a variety of training materials offered to the marketplace.
