Non-destructive Inspection systems from CMS are well adapted to different kind material, ferrous or non-ferrous, welded or not.

For high quality and precision tubing, CMS has developed its Ultrasonic rotating head RotoUTscan which is deduced for tube inspection, in stainless steel, titanium, zirconium, but also in carbon steel (diameter range 6 to 250 mm) for longitudinal and transversal defect detection, thickness measurement as well as OD - ID and ovalization.

It can be combined with other CMS equipment (magnetizing units, rotating systems, support coils... ) for a full body inspection of the product and can be installed together in a strong control bench including centering devices. Supervision software named Probus (deduce to collect informations provided by N.D.T equipments), allows to display combined signals (UT / ET) and create inspection reports that can be used as control evidences for quality services and customers. Data stored can be recall for analyze and quality treatment

Other eddy current systems are also deduced for non ferrous products.
